Product handling

A roller conveyor is positioned between the glue spreader and the pressing rollers, equipped with photocell sensors to automatically stop the conveyor and activate a pneumatic baffle. Above the roller conveyor, several supports hold top sheets or felt, particularly useful when producing acoustic wall panels.
Different types of systems are available, with multiple pneumatic mechanisms to move the stack, depending on the product’s weight and width. The first glued panel from the roller coater is automatically aligned lengthwise, as the inclined conveyor rollers guide it along a fixed reference edge. A pneumatic stop ensures precise positioning at the panel’s end.
The operator picks up a top sheet from the magazine above and aligns it against the same guide. Once properly positioned, the operator presses a foot pedal, causing the pneumatic stop to lower, allowing the panel to move into the pressure rollers. After the panel has fully passed through, the pneumatic stop automatically rises again, ready to position and stop the next glued panel, repeating the process seamlessly.
