Ensure flawless and even coating on wood, MDF, and other surfaces with our advanced roller coater. Designed for furniture, flooring, and panel manufacturers seeking superior finish quality and optimized production speed. Suitable for applying waterbased, UV, LED based oil, lye, stain, or lacquer. The RC-L model is an extension of the RC model, designed specifically for (UV) lacquer application. For this, both the dosing roller and the application roller are equipped with blades, and the dosing roller can rotate in the opposite direction. The RC-L model also comes standard with a pump. For small production runs with frequent color changes, it is possible to fill the coating only between the rollers, allowing the machine to be cleaned within minutes.
